What roles exist in Doxario, and what is each role allowed to see?

Doxario has three roles: agent, property management and administrator. Do not look for them in the interface — there is no user management, and the only role name you will meet there is “property management”.

What matters for understanding it is that two separate questions sit behind this, and they are answered independently.

• Which cases someone sees — this depends on a setting for your organisation, one for the pipeline and one for properties. Depending on the setting, an agent sees either nothing or only their own cases. There is no screen for changing it; Doxario applies the setting.
• Which fields someone sees within a case — this is not configurable. Risk classifications, individual risk factors, sanctions screening hits and the review history stay reserved to property management.

The second point is deliberately not a display setting. The information in question is never fetched from the database for agents — it is not present on the page, not merely invisible.

What an agent gets instead is a neutral note: “Something is open on this case”. No classification, no factors, no third-party names and no due date.
