Pipeline and tasks

As an agent, do I see only my own deals or my colleagues' as well?

This depends on a setting for your organisation and does not follow from your role alone. The pipeline has two possible states:

  • Not enabled — you do not see the board at all, but the note “Pipeline not enabled”, adding that the setting is managed by the back office.
  • Enabled for your own cases — you see only the offers you created yourself.

The back office sees every case in the organisation either way.

There is currently no screen for changing this. Doxario applies the setting for you, so do not look for a switch in the application. Properties have a second setting, independent of this one.

Separately from that, the commission line on the card stays reserved to the back office: price and commission sit closer to contract data than to property master data. For agents it is not hidden — it is never loaded in the first place.
