Why is a feature greyed out or not visible for me?

Three reasons are possible, and they feel different on the page.

  • Visibility is restricted for your organisation. A whole area is then missing, with a note in its place — “Pipeline not enabled”, for instance. Doxario applies that setting; there is no screen for it.
  • The feature is not assigned to your role. Signing off an AML decision is the typical case; the form simply does not appear.
  • The information does not exist for your role. With risk detail, that is the actual mechanism: the fields are not fetched from the database for agents. Nothing is greyed out there — it is simply not present.

The third case matters most, because no setting can lift it. It is also why a section heading may read differently for you than for property management: the heading follows what the section actually contains for you.
