Pipeline and tasks

How does Doxario remind me of open tasks on a deal?

Through the dashboard. Every case appears there as exactly one card with exactly one task, filed into one of four groups.

  • Up next — the single card that is due next. It stands alone and highlighted.
  • Needs your approval — cases waiting on a decision.
  • Cases in progress — everything else that is under way. This is also where cases sit when the ball is with the buyer or with property management; there is no separate group for those.
  • Nothing to do — cases with no open task, shown collapsed rather than hidden. Which cases need no attention right now is a question in its own right, and an empty list does not answer it.

One card per case is the point of it: the same case used to appear in up to four separate lists, and anyone opening the dashboard had to work out for themselves that it was the same client.

On top of that there is the weekly check across all open cases. If it lapses for two weeks, the case is escalated. Closed cases — archived or lost — generate neither tasks nor weekly obligations.

As an agent you may see the neutral note “Something is open on this case” on the card, without any classification and without details.

AI-assisted tools were used in preparing these FAQs; the content was subsequently reviewed and approved by the Doxario editorial team. They reflect the general state of the law as at the review date shown and do not constitute individual legal or tax advice. To assess your own case — particularly where complex structures are involved (offshore companies, trusts, foundations, communities of heirs) or where the new EU rules leave room for doubt — we recommend consulting a lawyer specialising in Spanish anti-money-laundering law and, on tax questions, a tax adviser.
