Pipeline and tasks

What do the individual stages mean, and how do I move a deal on?

The four stages track how far a case has progressed, not how it ended. Drag a card into the next column once that step has actually happened.

  • In negotiation — the offer is in, the terms are not yet settled.
  • Reservation contract — money has changed hands from here on. The option payment makes the case binding, and from this stage outstanding points are flagged on the card.
  • At the notary — the appointment is set. This is the latest point at which a complete check must be in place.
  • Completed — the case is closed.

Outstanding points deliberately do not appear before “Reservation contract”: a fresh offer has naturally not completed anything yet. A note that appears on every card stops being read.

In the “At the notary” stage, a card additionally shows when nothing is left outstanding on that case.
