How does the deal pipeline in Doxario work?

The pipeline shows every live offer as a card. The kanban board has six columns: the inbox “Newly added” and five stages — “Offer/negotiation”, “Review”, “Reservation”, “Before closing” and “Notary”. You move a card on by dragging it; the new stage is saved immediately.

Three points are worth knowing:

  • A deal is not a record of its own. It is an offer that has been given a stage. That is why every deal always has a buyer and a property attached to it.
  • New offers arrive in the inbox first. It is not a further stage but the absence of one — no ordering, no deadline. An offer leaves it as soon as you drag the card into a column, and a card can be dragged back into the inbox again.
  • Two stages have no kanban column. “After closing” and “Completed” exist, but can only be set from the table view — the kanban offers nowhere to drop the card.

On narrow screens the board is shown as a list with tabs. Cards cannot be dragged there; you change the stage using “Change phase” in the card menu, which appears only in that view.
