Listing agreement and signature

Can I check the status of a pending signature at any time?

Yes, on the property page. The state of the listing agreement is shown there in plain language and in your language — not as a raw technical value.

Seven states are possible: “Draft”, “Sent for signature”, “Signed”, “Change requested”, “Superseded by a newer version”, “Terminated” and “Expired”. Where the agreement is signed, that is highlighted as well.

You do not have to refresh anything or chase it up: when the signature service reports the signature, the status changes by itself and the signed version is filed against the property.

The state of owner identification is on the same page but kept separate from this. Both belong to the property, but they answer different questions — whether it has been signed, and whether the person has been identified.
