Listing agreement and signature

How does the electronic signature of the listing agreement work in Doxario?

You trigger the send from the property page. Doxario produces the agreement document from it and hands it to a connected signature service, which collects the signature from the contracting parties.

The signed version comes back automatically and is filed against the property. You do not have to upload it yourself or track whether it has arrived — the status on the property page changes by itself.

An important boundary: this route applies to the listing agreement only. There is currently no electronic signature for buyers in Doxario. A buyer submits their offer and goes through identity verification, but signs nothing electronically.

The process is protected against duplicate sends: if two people click at the same time, the agreement still goes out only once.
