Onboarding buyers and owners

How do I create a new property in Doxario?

In the “Properties” section you start with “Take on a new listing”. This is a three-step wizard that brings property, owners and agreement together — they are not created separately.

  1. Property — property name and address.
  2. Owners and listing agreement — the contracting parties and the agreement itself.
  3. Identification — the document check for the people recorded.

On the ownership side you record:

  • Owners, with their names and, where relevant, their respective share.
  • Authorised representatives, where someone acts for an owner. They are held under their own role and linked to the owner they represent.
  • A contact email for each person, since that is what makes it possible to send them an identification link.

Where a property came into being through an offer, it initially carries only the bare essentials; the same route is then called “Complete the property record”.

An asking price cannot be stored yet — the field does not exist. This does not affect offer amounts.

Where a property has several owners, the pipeline card names the first and adds the remainder as a count.
